These terms apply to use of the Ribo Center website and to the purchase of the book "We, Who Serve" through it. Browsing the site and purchasing on it constitute acceptance of the terms set out here.
Order details - buying the book

| Delivery | The book is sent by post to the address you provide, within five business days of payment being approved. Business days exclude Saturdays, Fridays, and holidays and their eves. |

| Payment | By credit card, through the Grow (Meshulam) payment service. Payment details are submitted directly to the payment provider and are not stored by us. |
| Optional donation | The payment page allows you to add a donation to the Center's work. The donation is a separate, voluntary choice and is not a condition of buying the book. |
Cancellation and refunds
Buying the book on this site is a "distance sale transaction" within the meaning of Israel's Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981. Your cancellation rights are as follows.
When you may cancel
You may cancel the transaction from the moment it is made and up to 14 days from receipt of the book, or from receipt of the transaction details document, whichever is later.
A person with a disability, a senior citizen (aged 65 or over) or a new immigrant may cancel within four months of the transaction or of receiving the book, whichever is later, provided the transaction involved a conversation between the parties. We will ask to see appropriate documentation when you cancel.
How to cancel
Written notice to us is sufficient - by email to admin@ribo.org.il or via WhatsApp. Please state your name and your order details.
What happens next
- We will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, by the same means used for payment.
- If you have already received the book, you must return it to us. It should be in the condition in which you received it, and not used in a way that diminishes its value.
- We may charge a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the book's price or NIS 100 - whichever is lower. In practice, for a book priced at NIS 55, that is a maximum of NIS 2.75.
Cancellation because of a defect
If the book arrives damaged, or does not match what was ordered, no cancellation fee will be charged at all, we will refund the full payment, and we will arrange collection or replacement at our expense. Contact us and we will take care of it.
Cancellation by us
If for any reason we are unable to supply the book, we will notify you and refund the full payment.
Donations
A donation made to the Center is not refundable, unless it was made in error - in which case contact us and we will consider the request on its merits. Donations from the United States are made through PEF Israel Endowment Funds, which is the body that issues the receipt for US tax purposes, and are subject to its terms.
Intellectual property
All content on the site - articles, texts, design, logo, images and recordings - is the property of the Ribo Center or of the rights holders who permitted its use, and is protected by copyright.
You may quote from the articles and share them for the purposes of study, review, criticism and reporting, to a reasonable extent, with credit to the Ribo Center and the author and a link to the source. You may not copy an article in full, republish it, translate it or make commercial use of it without our prior written permission.
Site content and liability
The content on this site is ideological, research and opinion material, and reflects the views of its authors. It does not constitute professional advice of any kind - legal, financial or otherwise - and should not be relied upon as such.
We make an effort to ensure the information on the site is accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is. The site may include links to external sites that are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content or their policies.
